The long-term success of a community depends in large part to the health and well being of the next generation. Whether their parents are recent immigrants or US citizens, today's Hispanic youth face a variety of daily challenges, many of which impede their ability to plan for the future.
Program Purpose
This FREE one-week college preparatory program helps Hispanic high school students successfully transition to college and beyond. Project Stepping Stone introduces participants to potential careers in business and includes visits to several Indiana college campuses.
Who Should Apply?
Project Stepping Stone is for Fall 2008 Hispanic Seniors and Juniors across Indiana, who are interested in college. Please review the program application. Selection for participation will be determined on application and essay.

Awards
Five high school seniors from the program will be selected to receive $500 (donated by the Morales Group) to be applied to their college application/preparation process, and one student will be selected to receive a $1000 scholarship (donated by Huntington Bank). These funds, donated by our sponsors, are to recognize outstanding program participation and to encourage college enrollment.
